Astrolex ist so gebaut, dass deine Geburtsdaten bei dir bleiben:
Was dein Gerät verlässt, betrifft nur die KI-Funktionen und steht in Abschnitt 4 – bitte lies diesen Abschnitt, bevor du sie nutzt.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Grundfunktion der App). Da diese Daten das Gerät nicht verlassen, findet keine Übermittlung an uns statt.
Für die KI-Funktionen muss etwas dein Gerät verlassen. Die Verarbeitung findet nicht auf deinem Handy statt.
Nichts davon dauerhaft. Die übertragenen Werte und deine Frage werden ausschließlich zur Erzeugung der Antwort verarbeitet und danach nicht aufbewahrt. Die einzige Ausnahme ist eine Meldung, die du selbst auslöst – siehe Abschnitt 6.
Das Erstellen von Profilen, die Horoskop-Berechnung und die Ortssuche funktionieren ohne diese Übermittlung. Wenn du die KI-Funktionen nicht nutzt, verlässt nichts davon dein Gerät.
Damit einzelne Geräte die KI-Funktionen nicht unbegrenzt beanspruchen, gilt eine Begrenzung. Dafür erzeugt die App eine zufällige Geräte-Kennung – ausdrücklich nicht die Werbe-ID und kein Merkmal, das dich als Person identifiziert. Sie dient nur als Zähler.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse am Schutz des Dienstes vor Überlastung und Missbrauch).
Wirkt eine KI-Antwort unpassend oder anstößig, kannst du sie in der App melden. Eine solche Meldung speichern wir zusammen mit der beanstandeten Antwort 90 Tage lang und löschen sie danach.
Das ist die einzige Stelle, an der bei uns überhaupt Inhalte liegen bleiben – und sie entsteht nur, wenn du selbst auf „Melden" tippst. Wir brauchen sie, um nachvollziehen zu können, was schiefgelaufen ist, und um die Filter zu verbessern. Google verlangt für Apps mit generativer KI ausdrücklich eine solche Meldemöglichkeit.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einem funktionierenden Missbrauchsschutz und an der Einhaltung der Vorgaben für KI-Funktionen).
Die kostenlose Version finanziert sich über Werbebanner. Hierfür setzen wir Google AdMob ein, einen Dienst der Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland). Im Premium-Bereich wird keine Werbung geladen.
Bei der Werbeauslieferung können verarbeitet werden: Werbe-ID, IP-Adresse, Geräte- und Nutzungsinformationen sowie Interaktionen mit Anzeigen.
Damit das klar gesagt ist: Bei personalisierter Werbung wertet Google diese Daten aus, um dir Anzeigen nach vermuteten Interessen auszuspielen – auch app-übergreifend. Das ist eine Profilbildung, und sie findet statt, wenn du im Einwilligungsdialog zustimmst. Wir selbst erhalten diese Profile nicht und wissen nicht, welche Anzeigen dir gezeigt werden.
Bevor Werbung geladen wird, holen wir über Googles zertifizierte Einwilligungslösung (User Messaging Platform, „UMP") beim ersten Start deine Einwilligung ein. Ohne Einwilligung wird ausschließlich nicht-personalisierte Werbung ausgeliefert. Du kannst deine Auswahl jederzeit in der App unter „Einstellungen → Datenschutzoptionen" ändern oder widerrufen.

Die App verwendet Google Firebase Analytics, um Nutzungsereignisse zu erfassen – zum Beispiel „App geöffnet" oder „Horoskop berechnet". Das dient ausschließlich dazu, die App zu verbessern und die Wirkung unserer Werbekampagnen zu messen.
Übertragen werden dabei Geräteinformationen (z. B. Gerätemodell, Betriebssystemversion) und eine zufällig erzeugte Instanz-ID. Geburtsdaten, Namen, Orte oder sonstige Eingaben werden niemals an Analytics übermittelt – die Ereignisse sagen nur, dass eine Funktion benutzt wurde, nicht womit.
Damit das genauso ehrlich dasteht wie der Rest dieser Seite: Diese Daten sind pseudonym, nicht anonym. Über die Instanz-ID lassen sich die Ereignisse einem Gerät zuordnen, solange die ID besteht. Sie enthält keinen Namen, ist nicht die Werbe-ID und auch nicht die Zähler-Kennung aus Abschnitt 5; sie wird zurückgesetzt, wenn du die App-Daten löschst oder die App deinstallierst.

Käufe werden über Google Play abgeschlossen und abgerechnet. Deine Zahlungsdaten erhalten wir nicht – sie verbleiben bei Google. Wir erfahren nur, ob für ein Gerät ein gültiger Kauf besteht.
Zur Verwaltung des Kaufstatus nutzen wir einen Dienstleister in den USA als Auftragsverarbeiter. Dabei werden pseudonyme Kauf- und Gerätedaten verarbeitet (z. B. anonyme Kennung, Kaufstatus, Gerätetyp) – kein Name, keine Anschrift, keine Zahlungsdaten.
Verwaltung und Kündigung erfolgen in deinem Google-Play-Konto unter „Zahlungen und Abos".
Die tägliche Erinnerung wird rein lokal auf deinem Gerät geplant. Es gibt keinen Push-Server, wir versenden keine Nachrichten und erfahren nicht, ob oder wann eine Erinnerung ausgelöst wurde.

Dir stehen nach der DSGVO folgende Rechte zu: Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) sowie Widerspruch (Art. 21). Eine erteilte Einwilligung kannst du jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen.
Ein Hinweis dazu, der ehrlich gemeint ist: Da wir kein Konto und keine Nutzerdatenbank führen, können wir dich einer Anfrage in aller Regel gar nicht zuordnen – wir haben schlicht nichts über dich gespeichert. Deine Geburtsdaten löschst du selbst, indem du sie in der App oder die App-Daten insgesamt löschst.

Astrolex richtet sich nicht an Kinder und ist im Google Play Store entsprechend eingestuft. Die App nimmt nicht am Google-Play-Familienprogramm teil, und es wird keine kindergerichtete Werbung ausgeliefert. Wir verarbeiten nicht wissentlich personenbezogene Daten von Kindern.
Wir passen diese Datenschutzerklärung an, wenn sich die App oder die Rechtslage ändert. Es gilt die jeweils an dieser Stelle veröffentlichte Fassung.

What does leave your device concerns the AI features only and is described in section 4 – please read it before using them.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the app's core functionality). As this data does not leave your device, no transmission to us takes place.
For the AI features, something has to leave your device. The processing does not happen on your phone.
None of it permanently. The transmitted values and your question are processed solely to generate the answer and are not kept afterwards. The only exception is a report you trigger yourself – see section 6.
Creating profiles, calculating charts and searching for places all work without this transfer. If you do not use the AI features, none of it leaves your device.
To stop individual devices from consuming the AI features without limit, a quota applies. For this the app generates a random device identifier – explicitly not the advertising ID and not anything that identifies you as a person. It serves purely as a counter.

If an AI answer seems inappropriate or offensive, you can report it in the app. We store such a report together with the answer complained about for 90 days and delete it afterwards.
This is the only place where any content is retained by us at all – and it only comes into existence if you tap "Report" yourself. We need it to understand what went wrong and to improve the filters. Google explicitly requires apps with generative AI to offer such a reporting option.

The free version is financed through banner ads. For this we use Google AdMob, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). No ads are loaded in the premium area.
When serving ads, the following may be processed: advertising ID, IP address, device and usage information, and interactions with ads.
To say it plainly: with personalised advertising, Google analyses this data in order to show you ads based on presumed interests, including across apps. That is profiling, and it happens if you consent in the consent dialog. We ourselves do not receive these profiles and do not know which ads you are shown.
Before any ads are loaded, we obtain your consent on first launch via Google's certified consent solution (User Messaging Platform, "UMP"). Without consent, only non-personalised ads are served. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the app under "Settings → Privacy options".
Reset your advertising ID: in your Android settings under "Privacy → Ads".

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to record usage events – for example "app opened" or "horoscope calculated". This serves solely to improve the app and to measure the effect of our advertising campaigns.
What is transmitted is device information (e.g. device model, operating system version) and a randomly generated instance ID. Birth data, names, places or any other input is never transmitted to Analytics – the events only record that a feature was used, not what with.
To put this as plainly as the rest of this page does: this data is pseudonymous, not anonymous. The instance ID allows the events to be linked to a single device for as long as that ID exists. It contains no name, is not the advertising ID and is not the counter identifier from section 5; it is reset when you clear the app data or uninstall the app.

Purchases are concluded and billed through Google Play. We do not receive your payment details – they stay with Google. All we learn is whether a valid purchase exists for a device.
To manage purchase status we use a service provider in the United States as a processor. Pseudonymous purchase and device data is processed (e.g. anonymous identifier, purchase status, device type) – no name, no address, no payment details.
You manage and cancel in your Google Play account under "Payments and subscriptions".
The daily reminder is scheduled purely locally on your device. There is no push server, we send no messages, and we do not learn whether or when a reminder fired.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
One honest note on this: because we run no account and no user database, we generally cannot link a request to you at all – we simply hold nothing about you. You delete your birth data yourself by removing it in the app or clearing the app data.

Astrolex is not directed at children and is rated accordingly in the Google Play Store. The app does not take part in the Google Play Families programme, and no child-directed advertising is served. We do not knowingly process personal data of children.
