Aurena Moonlight ist ein Block-Puzzle, das ohne Benutzerkonto und weitgehend offline spielbar ist. Die meisten Daten – dein persönlicher Bestwert und deine Toneinstellungen – werden ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert und nicht an uns übertragen. Eine Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten findet im Wesentlichen nur durch die eingebundenen Google-Dienste für Werbung und – sofern du dich anmeldest – Google Play Games statt. Die Einzelheiten dazu stehen unten.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Grundfunktion des Spiels). Da diese Daten das Gerät nicht verlassen, findet keine Übermittlung an uns statt.
Die App finanziert sich über Werbung. Hierfür setzen wir Google AdMob ein, einen Dienst der Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland).
Im Rahmen der Werbeauslieferung können folgende Daten verarbeitet werden: Werbe-ID (Advertising ID), IP-Adresse, Geräte- und Nutzungsinformationen sowie Interaktionen mit Werbeanzeigen. Diese Daten dienen der Auslieferung und Messung von Werbung sowie der Betrugsvermeidung.
Bevor wir personalisierte Werbung anzeigen, holen wir über Googles Einwilligungslösung (User Messaging Platform, „UMP") deine Einwilligung ein. Du kannst deine Auswahl jederzeit in der App unter „Optionen → Datenschutzoptionen" ändern oder widerrufen.
Werbe-ID zurücksetzen/löschen: In den Android-Einstellungen unter „Datenschutz → Werbung" kannst du deine Werbe-ID jederzeit zurücksetzen oder ganz löschen.

Wenn du dich freiwillig bei Google Play Games anmeldest, nutzen wir die Google Play Games Services (Google Ireland Limited), um Funktionen wie eine Bestenliste (Weltrangliste) und das geräteübergreifende Speichern deines Spielstands (Cloud-Speicher) zu ermöglichen.
Dabei verarbeitet Google u. a. deine Google-Play-Games-Spieler-ID, dein Spielerprofil, deine erzielten Punkte/Ranglisteneinträge sowie ggf. gespeicherte Spielstände. Die Anmeldung ist freiwillig – das Spiel ist auch ohne Anmeldung vollständig spielbar.

Empfänger der in den Abschnitten 4 und 5 genannten Daten ist Google. Dabei kann es zu einer Übermittlung in die USA kommen. Google stützt solche Übermittlungen u. a. auf die EU-Standardvertragsklauseln bzw. das EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Näheres findest du in der Google-Datenschutzerklärung.
Lokal gespeicherte Daten bleiben bis zur Deinstallation der App bzw. bis zum Löschen der App-Daten auf deinem Gerät. Für die von Google verarbeiteten Daten gelten die Speicherfristen von Google (siehe Google-Datenschutzerklärung).
Dir stehen nach der DSGVO folgende Rechte zu: Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) sowie Widerspruch (Art. 21). Eine erteilte Einwilligung kannst du jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen.
Zur Ausübung deiner Rechte wende dich an support@zandoriasystems.de. Außerdem hast du das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren – etwa dem Unabhängigen Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein (ULD).
Die App richtet sich an Personen ab 13 Jahren und nicht gezielt an Kinder. Wir verarbeiten nicht wissentlich personenbezogene Daten von Kindern unter 13 Jahren.
Wir passen diese Datenschutzerklärung an, wenn sich die App oder die Rechtslage ändert. Es gilt die jeweils an dieser Stelle veröffentlichte Fassung.

Aurena Moonlight is a block puzzle that can be played without an account and largely offline. Most data – your personal best score and your sound settings – is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to us. Personal data is essentially processed only by the integrated Google services for advertising and – if you sign in – Google Play Games. Details are below.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the app's core functionality). As this data does not leave the device, no transmission to us takes place.
The app is financed through advertising. For this we use Google AdMob, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
In the course of serving ads, the following data may be processed: advertising ID, IP address, device and usage information, and interactions with ads. This data is used to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
Before showing personalised ads, we obtain your consent via Google's consent solution (User Messaging Platform, "UMP"). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the app under "Options → Privacy options".
Reset/delete your advertising ID: In your Android settings under "Privacy → Ads" you can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time.

If you voluntarily sign in to Google Play Games, we use Google Play Games Services (Google Ireland Limited) to enable features such as a leaderboard (global ranking) and cross-device saving of your progress (cloud save).
In doing so, Google processes, among other things, your Google Play Games player ID, your player profile, your scores/leaderboard entries, and any saved games. Signing in is optional – the game is fully playable without signing in.

The recipient of the data mentioned in sections 4 and 5 is Google. This may involve a transfer to the USA. Google relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for such transfers. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy.
Locally stored data remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear the app data. For data processed by Google, Google's retention periods apply (see the Google Privacy Policy).
Under the GDPR you have the following rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, contact support@zandoriasystems.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – for example the data protection authority of Schleswig-Holstein (ULD).
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly process personal data of children under 13.
